Arrivals:

• Please make sure to add all flight-details (Airline, Flight Number, and Flight Arrival Time, Arrival Date and Departure Date). Please note: All Transportation Services are arranged according to the flight schedule/ time you provide when booking your transportation.
• All travelers are required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (online ED Card) 3-days and 4-hours prior to travel to Aruba. This is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process (https://edcardaruba.aw/).
• Aruba has $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air to the island. The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform while one is completing the ED card to enter Aruba.

Departure

• Passengers are required to check-in 3-hours prior to their departure time due to strict FAA regulations and Aruba’s Security offering full US pre-clearance services towards the US. Passengers arrive in the US as a domestic flight, continuing onto their next connection without having to clear US immigration in their connecting destination.
• Please keep this 3-hour requirement for your departure transportation time in mind when you receive your confirmation email for your departure transportation.

Waiting Time & Gratuity Policy

• Hourly / Point-to-Point: A $50 fee applies after 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• Airport Arrivals: 75 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing. Beyond this, the chauffeur will be released, and the full service amount will be charged.
• Departures: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time before the chauffeur is released and the full service amount applies.
• Gratuity: Not included or expected; tipping your chauffeur is at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy

• There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
• There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
• There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
• By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
• In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the vehicle(s) experience technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
